"This project focuses on the construction of the dual-lane Second Oriente Tunnel, located between Medellín and the eastern region of the Antioquia department in Colombia. The tunnel spans 8.2 km, complemented by 5.3 km of new dual-lane road and a 355 m viaduct, resulting in a total length of 13.5 km. The initiative is sponsored by Odinsa Vías a subsidiary of the Colombian conglomerate Grupo Argos, with a total project cost of $300 million (COP $1.2 trillion).
