Description

Description

Supporting and enhancing EU SMEs cyber resilience capabilities not only protects them from cyber threats but also contributes maintaining the integrity of the EU's digital single market. Targeted assistance, resources, and guidance are vital for empowering SMEs to effectively navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring their prosperity and a safer, more resilient digital Europe. By directly bringing together National (Cybersecurity) Coordination Centres (NCCs) and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), the Strengthening EU SMEs Cyber Resilience (SECURE) Project Consortium aims to reach the largest possible number of interested stakeholders and boost resilience of SMEs across the whole European Union. To do so, the SECURE Project leverages upon direct operational efforts from consortium partners, who will develop - by building on and adapting already existing infrastructure – a “one-stop-shop” integrated platform tailored for Open Calls management, as well as dedicated to making available a digital online open repository of tools and awareness material; all this, while regularly organizing workshops, events, good practice exchanges and community animation activities, meant to share knowledge and also to collect input from the engaged stakeholders. The implementation strategy of the SECURE Project extends also beyond its Consortium, so to ensure widest access to cascading funds and benefits from the project's impacts, through a collaborative approach already established and formalized up-front with the European NCC network, that will extend also towards the EDIH Network and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centers. Through the SECURE project, a wide number of SMEs across the EU will have the opportunity to receive funds and support so to enhance their cybersecurity readiness and comply with CRA requirements, by this acting also as frontrunners and role models then for all their peers across Europe.
