IFC has been invited by SEE Holding Ltd. (the "Company" or "SEE"), to support the identification, preparation, and development of a pipeline of Sustainable City projects across selected emerging markets across Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Established in 2008, SEE is a leading UAE-based sustainability-focused real estate developer, specialized in the design, engineering, and development of sustainable infrastructure and master-planned cities. SEE's business model is built around three complementary pillars: (i) Develop-and-sell flagship sustainable cities; (ii) Capital growth through equity investments, primarily alongside strong local partners such as sovereign wealth funds; and (iii) Build-to-Lease, including commercial offices, schools, clinics, and other facilities, generating recurring income that supports a zero-condominium-fee model within its cities
