Description | The project consists of a 17 km extension (the “Project”) of an existing IFC project in full operation since August 2013, the 24km Dakar-Diamniadio toll road project (the “Initial Project”), which is considered to be a flagship Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) in the region. The Project aims to connect the city center of Dakar with the new Blaise Diagne International Airport (“AIBD”), presently under construction. The Project will be designed, built, operated and maintained by the Concessionaire under a 25 year concession contract. |
