“Senior Experts Nurturing Talent” (SENT 2025) contributes to raising awareness of European policy agendas in education & training especially in regard to the crucial role of senior experts & the contribution that they can make to the European Education Area (EEA) as active volunteers. We will increase stakeholder commitment & cooperation with public authorities for the implementation of policies & reforms in the E&T field particularly for active senior experts & for the benefits of the target groups of young people in formal education contexts & young professionals/workers in their initial in-service training as well as key actors in SMEs, & entrepreneurs. We will focus on the implementation of policies in line with the EEA objectives, & in areas relevant for the country specific recommendations issued in the framework of the European Semester. We aim to extend our outreach by building on the potential of digital communication and through our active network increase the involvement of civil society & other stakeholders in the wide dissemination of E&T policy & programme actions, including results & good practice. We will build capacity to improve quality, equity, inclusion & gender equality for all in education & training; Supporting the green & digital transitions in & through education & training & making lifelong learning & mobility a reality for all. Outreach: 1000 Senior expert volunteers engaged; 300 Senior expert volunteers trained; increased capacity for 6 senior expert organisations in 4 countries; 2 New network members; 300 SMEs & Organisations reached; 1750 young people in formal education & young professionals/workers in their initial in- service training reached on digital competency & energy efficiency and to decouple education attainment from socioeconomic background; 50 intergenerational matches in MAB mentoring; 250 senior EU professionals approaching retirement reached, 250 Stakeholder engagement in policy dialogue & 3 Recipients of SENT AWARDS.
