Description | Seniors Centre Upgrades - HVAC: The Lions Senior Centre is a City of Moncton owned facility that houses various seniors groups and activities for Moncton senior’s population. Regular upgrades have been completed in the past but the Heating and Ventilation System on the first floor of the facility (two floors in total). This will consist of upgrading the current HVAC system (HVAC Upgrades - First Floor and Electrical System Upgrades). The upgrade will consist of transitioning from electric heat to a VRF Heat Pump with inclusion of room diffusers, ducts and refrigerant piping. |
