Sentry Hall Modernization Project

The project involves a $98 million modernization of the Collins Classroom Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. The 1970s-era academic building will be transformed into Sentry Hall, a state-of-the-art facility housing the Sentry School of Business and Economics. The renovation includes adding over 20,000 square feet, rebuilding the interior, installing modern learning labs, student collaboration zones, advanced technology infrastructure, and replacing all major building systems. A new façade will improve energy efficiency and thermal comfort. The project also consolidates several university programs and specialized centers into the new building.
