Description	At the end of 1993, Seremban-Port Dickson Sdn Bhd signed a 35 year BOT concession to build and operate a 25km highway between Seremban and Port Dickson. The company comprises: Melewar Corporation (55%), Mancon Bhd (40%) and Malaysia Assurance Alliance Bhd (5%). Mancon Bhd was also the majro project contractor. The company reached financial closure and started construction in early 1994. The road opened in September 1997. The project cost M$173 million (US$67.6 million, approx.) and was financed through equity (25%) and loans (75%). None None
