Serra Verde Rare Earth Mining and Processing Project

planned

USA Rare Earth is acquiring Serra Verde Group, owner of the Pela Ema mine in Brazil, which is the only scaled producer of all four magnetic rare earth elements outside Asia. The project includes mining, processing, separation, metallization, and magnet making, creating a fully integrated mine-to-magnet value chain. Serra Verde has all required licenses, production commenced, and ramp-up underway with a 20+ year mine life and significant growth potential. The project benefits from a 15-year USD-denominated offtake agreement with price floors for key rare earth elements and strong financial and geopolitical support from the U.S. Government and allies.
