Description

Description

Republic of Srpska is one of two constitutive entities within the Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is autonomous in area of economic development. In order to provide stronger support to development of business sector (in particular the SMEs, that account for 99,8% of all businesses in RS), RS has decided to apply for the membership in the Enterprise Europe Network. Five RS Consortium partners (Republic Agency for SME Development of RS; Chamber of Commerce of RS; University of Banja Luka; University of Eastern Sarajevo; Innovation Center Banja Luka) are main providers of SME support. Through their networks, they cover whole area of RS and all main support, research and development areas in SME segment, and are the only providers of competitiveness and innovation support in RS. Consortium is supported by RS Government; three key ministries are Consortium observers. EUNORS (EEN RS) will provide SMEs with opportunities to explore their development and innovation potential in cooperation with partners from other EEN countries. EUNORS will strengthen regional cooperation (SEE and EU), and strengthen cluster development. EUNORS will cooperate with RS stakeholders and other institutions providing SME support services. Objective of proposed work program is to establish and develop the network of integrated business and innovation support services for RS SMEs, increase SMEs productivity, innovative capacities, level of competitiveness and to strengthen information flow about EU market, regulations and support programs. EUNORS will strictly adhere to key principles of highest quality services, “no-wrong-door” concept, signposting of clients and will be organized in a way to avoid any overlapping within the activities and with clear communication and management structure. EUNORS is dedicated to accomplishment of all planned goals. WP presented (activities, deliverables, outputs/outcomes) is calculated respecting partners’ expertise, 24 months reporting and staff capacities.
