Description
Description | The Consortium is composed of organisations which have already cooperated in the framework of Enterprise Europe Network, since 2008. All of those organisations were also involved in the activities of Innovation Relay or Euro Info Centre Networks. The general objective of the Consortium is to help Polish SMEs innovate, grow and scale up in the Single Market and beyond, while becoming more sustainable, digitized and resilient. In particular, the Consortium aims to play a key role in the recovery and greater resilience of innovative, high-growth businesses impacted by crises created by COVID-19, Russia's war of aggresion and spike in energy prices. The main target group of the activities undertaken by the Consortium are small and medium sized companies from four regions (voivodships) of central and northern Poland: Mazowiecki, Lodzki, Kujawsko-Pomorski and Pomorski. The aim of Consortium is to provide a comprehensive range of services related to innovation, technology transfer, EU policies, legislation and standards, access to finance, internalization and access to overseas markets, enhancement of management capacities. With this aim Consortium will provide services in accordance with the hub and spoke model, in which all Partners assist SMEs on their client journey and engage in dialogue with other support service providers, such as NCPs, local authorities, etc. and other European networks (incl. EIC, Europe Direct, EURES, SOLVIT). The Consortium will deliver SME feedback on the proposed EU legislation, contribute to greater participation of SMEs in the Horizon Europe, EIC and facilitate engagement of SMEs in green economy. The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), while preforming the role of consortium coordinator, will also fulfil the duties and obligations of the national Network coordinator - representing Polish Enterprise Europe Network in relations with national authorities, national business support organizations, European Commission and EISMEA. |
