Scope: Setting up a greenfield POL depot with single spur Railway siding unloading facility at Kamardanga, Chirang district in the state of Assam. 2.Objective: - HPCL presence in North East states is very limited due to limited retail presence in the area. To enhance the same, strengthening HPCL infrastructure is prerequisite which shall enable availability of product on time to meet enhanced retail requirement.
