Description
Description | "The project aims to encourage the artistic world to deepen the theme of the relationship between man and nature. It seeks to create a musical and multimedia production that keeps track of the way in which nature is changing, translating the forms of nature, its interactions with the anthropic universe and the controversial outcomes of this relationship in a musical and visual code, capable of involving listeners through a new perceptive experience. The project will develop a symbolic story that intends to stimulate a process of awareness of the dynamics in progress, inviting reflection and action. The thought of annihilation dominates the time we live in. The imagery generated in recent decades by apocalyptic representations, conveyed in an increasingly sensationalistic way by the media, leads to the idea of an imminent conclusion, an epochal event that will erase the world as we know it. The project intends, on the contrary, to collect the intuition of Elizabeth Kolbert, who in the essay ""The Sixth Extinction"" tells about the cyclical nature of history, in which every end corresponds to a beginning, in an infinite loop that never leads to total destruction, but rather forces us to constantly review our behavior on the planet" |
