Description
Description | The scope of the project includes first cleaning out and rehabilitating the sewage clarifier tank and then installing rake paddles, a new motor and bearings. This involves hiring a hydrovac truck and operator from Thunder Bay (540 km away) to pump out the tank so we can clean it out to expose problems, and inspect the pumps and aerator; then install rake paddles, a motor and bearings. Our objective is to remove the anaerobic sludge mass from the bottom of the tank and upgrade the agitation equipment to facilitate complete aerobic processing of the sewage. The resultant outcome of this project will be efficient, expedition and complete sewage processing. |
