Description | The project contemplates a public-private partnership (PPP), in the form of an administrative concession, for the expansion, maintenance and operation of the sewage system and for the provision of services to support the commercial management of Companhia Espírito Santense de Saneamento (Cesan) , in the municipality of Cariacica. It also covers the treatment of sewage from neighborhoods in the municipality of Viana, serving a total of 423 thousand people. The goal of universal coverage to be achieved by the private operator is 95% of the population of the project area in the 10th year of the PPP, with treatment of 100% of the collected sewage. The project notice was published on June 18, 2020, proposals were submitted on October 6, 2020 and the auction was held on October 20, 2020. |
