The construction content of this project mainly includes the upgrading and transformation of urban sewage treatment plants, sewage treatment in industrial parks, urban district sewage renovation (including sewage renovation in residential areas and rural domestic sewage treatment), and municipal pipeline network renovation in market towns. Among them: (1) Upgrading and upgrading of urban sewage treatment plants includes upgrading and upgrading of two sewage treatment plants in Daochang Township and Miaoxi Town. Among them, Daochang Township Sewage Plant plans to renovate and expand a sewage treatment facility of 1200m3/d in the original plant area. The total scale of wastewater treatment in Miaoxi Town is 5000m3/d (2030), of which the recent wastewater treatment scale is 1500m3/d. (2) Urban communities and rural domestic sewage transformation includes transformation including urban residential area sewage transformation and rural domestic sewage treatment, including: 25 urban residential areas involved, the main content is: riser renovation about 51449 meters, new rainwater pipeline 35254 Meters, 6359 meters of household branch pipe reconstruction, drainage pipeline inspection, repair, road and greening repair, etc. There are 28 rural domestic sewage treatment villages, with a total of 5,067 households. Including the installation of drainage pipes, septic tanks and terminal treatment facilities. (3) There are 3 sewage treatment facilities in the industrial park, and the total length of rain and sewage pipeline renovation is about 42 kilometers. (4) The total lenght of the municipal pipeline network renovation of the market town is about 133.2 kilometers. Total investment stands at $ 79.6 million.
