Description | The scope of the project will consist of 3 new compressor pumps (blowers); 30 new static aerators; MIS Piping/fittings; Bypass rentals and holding tanks during the duration of the lagoon upgrades; removal of existing sewage in the lagoon(dispose/treat as per regulations)and installation of a new permanent holding cell. This project will also include shipping of supplies and labor cost for the upgrade. The majority of this project cost is due to the methodology of bypassing the sewage system. The sewage lagoon is located near the Humber River therefore the bypass system needs to be taken into account. This cost avoids a major environmental impact to the local salmon river. |
