Description	Twin the sewer line from Northern Cove Outfall to Big Pond Road approximately 1350 metres complete with the interception of upstream sewage flow towards Costello’s Rd/Northern Cove by way of optimal sewer line routing along the Conception Bay North Highway via Mercer’s Rd. In addition, the project will also include upgrades to the sewage pumping station to increase its capacity to accommodate peak flows.
