Design and construction for the replacement of combined sewers with sanitary sewers where required, and for the replacement of water mains. - Frances Street - 425 m, 52 customers (replace 100 mm water main and 200 mm concrete sanitary sewer; install new storm sewers to separate combined flows), plus an additional 120m, including a trenchless railway crossing to replace sanitary sewer which was required to accommodate proper sewer gradient - Rue Margaret - 330 m, 38 customers (replace 200 mm water main and 200 mm sanitary sewer; install new storm sewers to separate combined flows) - Rue Ethel - 100 m, 0 customers (remove old water main, replace 300 mm sanitary sewer, install new sewers to separate combined flows) - Avenue Elworthy - 440 m, 35 customers (replace 200 mm water main, 200 mm and 250 mm sanitary sewer; undersized 200 mm and 375 mm storm sewer) - Franklin Avenue - 275 m, 30 customers (replace 150 mm water main; 200 mm sanitary sewer; 250 mm storm sewer that is undersized and does not cover the entire street) - Rue Grosvenor - 490 m, 63 customers (replace multi-size water main and 200 mm and 250 mm sanitary sewer; install new sewers to separate combined flows).
