Seychelles - East Africa submarine cable link project

The present project is relative to Detailed Feasibility study and Environmental and Socialmpact Assessment Study for the East Africa Submarine Cable Link Project. This study involves the procurement of the services of a consulting firm to undertake a detailed feasibility study (DFS) and Environment and Social lmpact Assessment Study (ESIAS) aimed at developing a project for enhancing the capacity and reliability of national and international telecommunications services in Seychelles. The major outputs of the study should be the production of: (i) a detailed feasibility study; and (ii) a comprehensive Environmental and social Management Plan (ESMP) that should be used as a main input in the formulation of the project.
