"This project involves the construction of the SGRUTB09 Data Center, located within the Tamboré Campus in São Paulo state, Brazil. The planned IT capacity of the SGRUTB09 data center is 36 MW. The sponsor for this initiative is the leading Latin American platform of sustainable data centers in the Hyperscale market, Scala Data Centers. The total project cost is $350m, of which $250m (R$1,37bn) were secured with a debenture issuance by the sponsor company, while the remaining $100m will be provided by the sponsor and its investors.
