Ltd signed an agreement in September 2007 to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per day in Weinan City, Shandong Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Herocan will operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 42 million (US$ 5.52 million). Herocan owns 100% of the project. |
