The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and partner agencies are preparing for physical remediation, including construction of administrative and processing structures, with remediation planned to start in late 2025. A tabletop exercise was conducted in May 2025 to enhance interagency coordination and refine response plans before remediation begins. |
