Description | 49.5MW wind farm located in Lijin District of Shandong Province, China by Guohua Energy Investment and CLP Holding. There are several calls for bids regarding some equipment and construction works, however construction is expected to commence in June 2012 and be completed in June 2013. There is hence very limited evidence for the financial closing. The total investment is RMB 400 million (US$ 61.13 million). CLP Holdings has a 49% stake in the project with the remaining owership belong to Guohua Energy Investment, a SOE. In Oct 2011, some substantial calls for proposals were released by the concessionnaire. |
