Description | Beijing Herocan Environmental Engineering Tech Co. Ltd signed an agreement in December 2006 with Shandong Ningjin County Government to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per day in Ningjin County, Shandong Province. The project was procured via direct negotiation. Herocan will operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 36 million (US$ 4.52 million). Herocan owns 80% of the project. |
