Description | Beijing Herocan Environmental Engineering Tech Co. Ltd signed an agreement in September 2007 to rehabilitate and operate a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters per day in Guan County, Shandong Province. The project was procured via direct negotiation. Herocan established a project company, Guang County Jiacheng Co., to operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 54 million (US$ 7.11 million) including RMB 28 million (US$ 3.68) for rehabilitation. Herocan owns 100% of the project. |
