Shanghai Aerospace Computer System Engineering Co., Ltd (SAC or the company) is a private shareholding company, engaging in the development of a multi-media medical training system, an image processing and satellite transmission system, and distance learning platform. SAC provides a satellite platform for, and partners with, the medical universities & colleges in China and other public partners to provide long distance medical education and training to working medical staff to upgrade their medical education level and fulfill their continuing education requirements. The proposed project is an expansion of the SAC’s existing distance medical education and training services to working healthcare professionals throughout China. The project includes expansion of SAC’s satellite network, helping local partners (medical schools and hospitals) set up additional distance learning centers and continuing medical education only learning centers, setting up additional data technical support centers, and design and production of educational programs and software.
