Description | 48MW wind farm located in the Northeast of Chongming County, Shanhai Municipality, China and jointly developed by China Power International New Energy Holding (SOE, 20%), Shanghai Green Environmental Protection Energy (SOE, 51%) and CLP Holdings (29%). The project was approved by the Shanghai Municipal Government in May 2010. Construction commenced in May 2011, and has been progressing well. The total investment is RMB 504.88 million (US$ 77.16 million). CLP has a 29% stake in the project. The local unitlity company was calling for bid for construction works to connect to the plant in Dec 2011, so it seems the project has substantially progressed. The project was planned to be completed in 2012. |
