Description	In April 2005, a Hong Kong based company InterChina Holdings took over the Shanghai Zhuyuan No. 1 Sewage Treatment Plant in Shanghai Municipality from Shanghai Youlian Group, a local private company. The plant capacity was 1,700,000 cubic meters per day. InterChina Holdings invested over RMB 150 million (US$ 18.12 million) in the plant and owned 100% of the project. InterChina Holdings would operate the plant for 20 years.
