The construction contents of this project are as follows: 1. Centralized water supply project in Xiyan Town, Zhenwei Township, the main construction contents are water intake sluice chamber, regulating pond, water intake dam, water intake pumping station, water purification plant, booster pumping station and water transmission and distribution pipeline network. 2. Centralized contiguous water supply project in Mingliang Town, Xiangxian Town. The main construction contents are water intake buildings, water purification plants and water transmission and distribution pipe networks. 3. The centralized contiguous water supply project of Baixu Town and Chengtai Township, the main construction contents are water intake pumping station, water purification plant, high-level pool and water transmission and distribution pipeline network. 4. Subproject of water supplement network, (1) The main construction content of the water supplement project of Tangqi Water Plant is water intake dam and water delivery pipe. (2) The main construction content of the water supplement project of the Nandan Acropolis water system is a water turbine pump and a water diversion pipe. Total investment stands at $ 108.9 million. Type of concession is BOT with a period of 22 years.
