Description	The main design scope of this project is to build and expand 5 sewage treatment plants with supporting drainage pipe network, namely the construction of the drainage system in Shangsi County, the construction of sewage treatment system in Naqin Township, the construction of sewage treatment system in Nanping Township, and the construction of sewage treatment system in Pingfu Township. Construction of treatment system and construction of sewage treatment system in Fair Township. The construction of the sewage system in Shangsi County is divided into two parts. One part is the expansion project of the factory area, that is, a sewage treatment plant with a treatment scale of 15,000 m³/d is newly added. The total treatment scale of the Shangsi County Sewage Treatment Plant reaches 30,000 m³/d. Total investment is $ 39.15 million.
