The project consists of development of a recreation/fitness, library and community hall into one community facility for residents of the Eastern Shore Communities. The scope of the work involves design and construction of the community facility. The project aims to consolidate existing community facilities into one new facility for community use. The project will permit recreation/fitness, library and community hall program needs to exist in one facility, which will better support community programming needs.
