Tamboran Resources Corporation has set a new gas flow record in the Northern Territory's Beetaloo Basin with the SS-2H ST1 well, achieving a record average 60-day initial production flow rate of 6.8 million cubic feet per day over a 5,483-foot stimulated horizontal section. This surpasses previous records and supports the commercial deliverability of Beetaloo Basin gas to the Australian domestic East Coast market. Tamboran has also launched its largest drilling campaign to date, targeting three horizontal wells as part of the Shenandoah South Pilot Project's 2025 drilling program.
