Description

Description	The project entails the development of the Shenyang Daxin Food Waste Treatment PPP in Liaoning Province on a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model for a concession period of 30 years (construction period inclusive), with an investment of approximately RMB115 million ($16.7 million). Sponsor is Everbright International. Financial close took place on December 27, 2018. The project is designed with a daily food waste processing capacity of 400 tonnes and is equipped with three 15 tonnes/hour food waste treatment lines and one 10 tonnes/hour waste oil and grease treatment line. The project will adopt "pre-treatment + solid-liquid extraction of oil + medium-temperature blend-stirred anaerobic fermentation + residue incineration + methane-to-energy" in the main treatment process.
