Description	The project entails the construction of the Shenyang Daxin Waste-to-energy Project located in Liaoning Province of China. Shenyang Daxin plant will be invested in and constructed on a BOT model for a concession period of 30 years (construction period inclusive) by China Everbright International. The project company is jointly established by Everbright International (with 66% equity stake) and state-owned enterprises. The plant represents a total investment of approximately RMB1.454 billion ($220 million).
