Description | A local private company Shenyang Zhenxing Environmental Protection Industrial Co., Ltd. signed an agreement in April 2008 to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per day in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Shenyang Zhenxing would operate the facility for 20 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 60 million (US$ 8.58 million) and Shenyang Zhenxing owns 100% of the project. |
