Description | 10MW on-grid PV Plant located in Pucheng, Weinan, Shaanxi Province, China, that is developed by Shenzhen Topray Solar. The project is located in Pucheng County, Shannxi Province. The total investment is RMB 339 million and its capacity is 10MW. The Solar power plant can reduce carbon emision by 12,600 tons per year. The project was signed offer in Oct 2009. The developer received a government subsidy of RMB 70 million (US$ 10.70 million) for this project (Golden Sun Demonstration Program). Financial closing was achieved in June 2010 and the project was under operation from Dec 2011. Toray had a 100% stake in the project. |
