SPV is AO Mezhdunarodnyi aeroport Sheremetyevo, a JV between the private sponsors Sheremetyevo Holding (66%), Aeroflot (2.43%) and the state-owned Rosimushtestvo (30.52%) and VEB Capital (1.05%). Sberbank provides a credit line of up to 11 billion rubles or $ 170.04 million. Type of concession is BOT while the duration of the contract is 49 years.
