SherRows - how far a woman can go

SheRows wants to be a movement of individuals and sport clubs that aims to impact women participation, policy, representation and leadership in sports in sustainable and measurable ways. The goal is to give a bottom-up approach to the topic that is already on the table of the national Olympic federations and committee: inclusion, diversity and gender equality. The whole project revolves around the idea of ​​being able to contribute in different ways to this trend. How we will operate: - online training modules splitted in session, - create a community of technician to involve in the project and create a training programme and - -evaluation the state woman’s rowing training, - organizing local events: indoor rowing in winter and asynchronous marathon for summer to involve a big number of participants, - schedule interviews and conferences with women who have found their life mission in sport, women from different communities, pararowers, women activists of women's rights, - develop an app for android and IOS to widespread contents, good practices, training and coach services. The objectives and activities of the projects are aimed at the persons targeted by the specific actions of the project relating to creation of a net of rowers, it is in particular addressed to woman (18 - 90 y.o.).
