The project involves the construction of rural road and bridge network in Shichuan, in Gaolan County, Gansu Province of China. Project works are divided into 5 sub-projects: (1) construction of Shichuan Yellow River Bridge (2.569km), expansion of Shichuan Binhe Road (4.897km) and Rural Tourism Industry Road (4.075km); (2) construction of a 8812.2 sqm bus station; (3) pavement of 127.686 km roads; (4) The reinforcement and transformation of the Shichuan Yellow River Bridge (2.569km); and (5) pavement of 293.519km roads. The county signed a 22-year TOT+BOT concession with Gaolan Changtong Construction Project Management Co., Ltd., an SPV owned by Lanzhou Changtong Highway Engineering Co (60%), Lanzhou Transportation Development and Construction Group (10%), China Energy Construction Group Northwest Construction Investment Co (29%) and China Energy Construction Group Northwest Electric Power Construction Gansu Engineering Co (1%).
