Description	In May 2012, the sino foreign JV, Beijing Puresino-Boda Environmental Engineering Co.,Ltd. (MWH Global, Inc. had a 60% ownership and a state owned enterprise owned the remaining share) signed a concession agreement with the Shifang Municipal Government to operate a wastewater treatment plant in Shifang City, Sichuan Province for 30 years after an open bidding process. The capacity of the plant was 30,000 cubic meters per day. Price of the deal was around RMB 36.08 million (US$ 5.72 million).
