Description
Description | STACK Infrastructure is advancing Amazon-related development at two project sites near Shreveport, Louisiana. The city's planned data center at Resilient Technology Park is currently in limbo due to civil litigation against the mayor and City Council. The litigation has shifted development priorities toward rural centers in north Caddo Parish and north Bossier Parish. The Resilient Technology Park is a 313-acre development-ready industrial park in west Shreveport adjacent to Interstate 20, which originally attracted Amazon to the region, leading to a $12 billion commitment to technology hubs in Caddo and Bossier parishes. Amazon will lease the data campuses from STACK, a Denver-based development company. |
