Description | Economic/Social Impact of the Project The flag ship Company of GOEL GROUP OF INDUSTRIES having Rich Experience in Steel Manufacturing since last 23 years, under their expansion programme have signed MOU with Government of Chhattisgarh for setting up an Integarted Steel plant of capacity 1.0 milion ton per annum along with captive power plant with Proposed investment of Rs 2000 Crore in Raipur District of Chhattisgarh State in 3 Phases. Under phase I, the following manufacturing facilities already came into operation since march 2013 onward.The construction under phase II is also scheduled wef April 2014 subject to grant of forest clearance for Nakia I & II coal block allocated to us along with 4 other JV companies of M/s Chhattisagrh Captive Coal Mining Ltd. |
