Description	In March 2013, a local private company Anhui Guozhen signed a concession agreement with the Shuangbo County Government to operate the Shuangbo County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Shuangbo County, Yunnan Province. It was unknown whether Anhui Guozhen won the job through open bidding and the conditions for selection could not be found either. The plant came into operation in 2011 and had a capacity of 10,000 tons per day. Guozhen had a 100% stake in the project and would operate the plant for 30 years. It could not be found how much Guozhen paid for the concession in the media.
