Description	The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of 3rd and 4th class rural roads in Biqiaozi Town, Chenzhazi Township, Xidi Township and Dumiao Town of Shuangyu District, Hebei Province of China. The project SPV is called Chengde Wenhui Shuntong Research Travel Service Co., Ltd and owned by 4 sponsors: Luanping County Zhongyue Tianhe Trading Co., Ltd with 88%, Chengde Tongyuan Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd with 10%, Chengde Xinzhou Highway Engineering Co., Ltd with 1% and Chengde Shuangyu Jinyuan Guokong Investment Group Co., Ltd with 1%. The project cost amounts to CNY 361.85 million or $ 53.47 million. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 17 years. The return mechanism is feasibility gap subsidy.
