Sihanoukville Port Logistics Complex PPP Project

The project involves the development of a logistics complex in Sihanoukville, Cambodia under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. The facility covers the 60-ha potential area within the Sihanoukville port zone. The only deep-sea port in Cambodia, Sihanoukville Port is a key logistics hub that supports the national economy. The project will have three (3) key components: Logistics infrastructure and equipment - warehouses, container handling and storage areas, distribution centers, transport transfer stations, dry port, reefer facilities, maintenance workshops, parking, offices for government regulators and related private businesses, and all appurtenant equipment and operational systems, etc.; Logistics information systems systems  or tracking/management of logistics processes and transport of goods/cargo through the various facilities/services, government regulatory processes/systems (e.g. customs, quarantine), etc.; Land Development and provision of support infrastructure transport/ (roads and/or rail links), power and water supply, sanitation services, solid waste management, and ICT services.
