Description	49.5MW wind farm located near Hongze Lake, Sihong County of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, China and developed by China WindPower Group. Phase I of 200MW Sihong Wind Farm. Construction commenced in Dec 2011. The total investment is RMB 550 millioin (US$ million). It seems China WindPower has a 100% stake in the project. There is however no concrete evidence for the financial closing of the project. Phase 1 is planned to be operational by the end of 2012.
