Description | In June 2000, Sino-French Holdings was awarded a 30-year concession contract for a 118,000 cubic meters per day Siping Water Plant located in the Jilin Province. To implement the contract, Siping Sino French Water Supply Co. Ltd. was created as the project company which was owned by Sino-French (50%) and the state-owned Siping Municipal Water Supply Company (50%). Sino-French Holdings, in turn was a 50-50 joint venture company between Suez water subsidiary Ondeo and New World Infrastructure of Hong Kong.
