The objective is for 40 companies or municipalities to participate in a network of advice and exchange of experience. In this way, the project wants to contribute to more transport with electric goods and trucks in Öresund, Kattegat and Skagerrak. The project will create two networks to promote the transition to electric goods and freight transport. The networks should be open to municipalities and companies, which should be able to participate free of charge. One network will focus on helping companies with knowledge about electrically powered goods and trucks to promote more of them. It also includes the role of municipalities as purchasers of transport services and environmental and zero-emission zones. This could involve focusing on the benefits of electric transport for the general public, such as reducing noise, particulate pollution and CO2 emissions. The second network will collect and process knowledge about charging stations and the grid in order to find good location of charging stations and identify parts of the grid where there may be problems in providing sufficient electricity, when many vehicles switch to electric power. An important part is also to demonstrate the future demand for electric goods and freight transport and to produce a forecast, both for the development of vehicles and the expansion of capacity.
