Skills for Life: Community-Based Learning for Empowered Adults aims to increase adult participation in learning through inclusive, emotionally engaging, and community-driven approaches. The project will establish Community Learning Hubs in 10 provinces, delivering over 120 localized Skill Circles focused on strengthening adults’ basic, green, and transversal skills — such as digital literacy, financial awareness, communication, eco-conscious living, and everyday problem-solving. The initiative prioritizes reaching underserved groups, including women, older adults, jobseekers, rural residents, and migrants, using an inclusive and flexible model. To expand outreach and motivation, the project will implement pop-up learning events, host final public event and run an engaging social media storytelling campaign on digital platforms. The model also emphasizes sustainability by partnering with local municipalities, public educateion centers and NGOs, and by developing a network of peer mentors and Learning Ambassadors from within the communities. The project contributes to building resilient, future-ready communities by integrating green and life-relevant skills into local learning ecosystems, in line with national and EU education priorities.
